This custom waterfront home sits on half an acre of level, fully fenced land right on Summit Lake. Step off the low-bank lawn onto the beach, tie up at the private dock, or launch from the boat house ramp.
Inside, the island kitchen has granite counters, gas cooking, a double oven, and a walk-in pantry. It opens onto a family room facing the water. Upstairs, the primary suite has a gas fireplace and a Juliet balcony over the lake.
